We’ll discuss your budget, explain how our Project Development process works, and answer any questions you may have. To set you up for success, we’ll also leave you with a comprehensive guidance kit packed with information about what to expect during your project.

Step 2: Project Development

The foundation of any great remodel is thoughtful planning. Before construction begins, we’ll enter into a Design and Development Agreement (DDA) to align your vision with a clear, actionable plan.

Here’s what this stage typically includes:

• Designing your project with your vision and budget in mind
• Structural reviews to ensure safety and durability
• Selecting materials that fit your style and functional needs
• Preparing permits and documentation
• Developing a detailed construction contract

This collaborative process ensures that every detail is accounted for and eliminates surprises later on.

Step 3: The Construction Agreement

With a fully developed plan in hand, we’ll meet to review the scope of work, payment schedule, project timeline, and logistics. You’ll also meet your dedicated project manager, who will serve as your primary point of contact throughout the project.

Once everything is clear and agreed upon, we’ll both sign the Construction Agreement, and the real transformation will begin.

Step 4: Construction

This is where your dream starts to take shape. During the construction phase, our team will handle all the heavy lifting, including ordering materials, scheduling work, and managing on-site operations.

We understand that remodeling can disrupt your daily life. That’s why we take proactive steps to minimize any inconvenience:

During the final review meeting, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know about your newly remodeled space, including appliance operation, warranties, and maintenance tips. You’ll also receive an Owner’s Folder containing all project documents and user manuals.
