When you are ready to create your ideal living space and want to make sure you get the best service around, follow Verum’s Truth in Building Process:

    • Contact Us — Go to our Contact Us page and fill out your contact information – but don’t think that is the only way to reach us. We are available by phone also.
    • Schedule a Consultation — Once we have your information, we will reach out to schedule a consultation to get to know you, your home, and learn more about the project you want to start. During our consultation we will talk about priorities, timelines, options, and budget ranges.
    • Pre-Construction — After the consultation, and if we agree that we are a good fit, we will offer a preconstruction agreement. It is in the preconstruction agreement that we will go through different elements of the project including design, scope and specifications, and the proposal.
    • Construction — If you agree to the proposal, we can get started. We will begin by assigning a construction supervisor to handle your project. Along with the preconstruction team, the construction supervisor will meet with you and start the process. This process might include scheduling subcontractors, purchasing materials, and much more. During this process – you will start to see your project come to life.
    • Final Walk-Through — The final walk-through will be completed by you and your construction supervisor. If everything is completed to your satisfaction, we will present you with the owner’s information and warranty. But don’t think that our relationship will end there. Verum Construction is devoted to customer satisfaction, and we will follow up to ensure your happiness.

Verum Construction will be around years after your project is complete and will be ready to assist you with anything that you need.
