This outdoor living space project in Kenmore, WA, aimed to create a comfortable and versatile area where the homeowners could enjoy the outdoors while staying protected from the elements. The main features of this project include:
- A custom-built wood patio cover. The choice of wood complemented the natural surroundings and offered durability and a timeless appeal.
- Ceiling Mounted Heaters were strategically positioned to distribute warmth evenly, allowing the homeowners and their guests to enjoy the space during cooler months or chilly evenings. The use of ceiling-mounted heaters not only provided efficient heating but also preserved valuable floor space, maximizing the functional area beneath the patio cover.
- To promote a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor living spaces, a high-quality Marvin folding door with a built-in screen was installed. This folding door system offered the flexibility to open the wall completely, creating an unobstructed view and facilitating easy access between the indoor and outdoor areas.
- The custom fire pit, built-in seating, and hardscaping were all designed to create a warm and inviting space for family and friends to gather outdoors and create memories that last a lifetime.
If you are looking for a top-notch GC, you have come to the right place. I found Verum on Facebook and loved everything about this family-owned and operated business. We have been wanting a back patio for years. With COVID, outdoor gatherings is a must so in comes Verum. Finished photos are on their Facebook page. Just gorgeous! The guys are great to work with: very personable and always left the worksite cleaned and organized - EVERY SINGLE DAY! They truly think of everything - the overall experience for the customer. Project scope is outlined early in the process, but don't be nippy about project slide - it happens, but rest assured they go above and beyond to make sure that barriers get addressed early and often as necessary. Dale, Bryce, Garth, Levi, Andy, and others are just overall great guys who really know what they are doing - all masters in their craft and you will not be disappointed.
