STEP 1

Let's Talk

During the Consultation we will get acquainted to see if we are a good fit for one another. We'll do a deep dive into your vision to make sure that we “get it” and will explain the benefits of our Project Development process.

STEP 2

Project Development

Prior to entering into a Construction Agreement there are necessary pre-construction processes to establish the contract details. These details are captured using our Design and Development Agreement (DDA). Using our DDA Process we will capture project vision and create a plan to accomplish your project within your budget. The DDA will usually include design, on-site structure and systems review, materials selection, permit preparation, preliminary scheduling and contract development.

STEP 3

Construction

With a well-developed plan in place, your project manager will handle all communication, ordering materials, scheduling, oversite, and trade coordination. We will keep you up to date on progress throughout. Should you want to make any changes along the way, we are prepared to accommodate adjustments to the plan.

STEP 4

Project Closeout

During the completion phase we will walk the project with you to ensure that high craftsmanship levels have been maintained and answer any operational questions. You’ll receive an Owners Folder with user manuals and project documents. In the event something comes up, you will benefit from our industry leading 5-year warranty on our work.
